The NOVA Marketing office is full of talented people who make a habit of going above and beyond the call of duty. We have several different methods of recognizing our team members when they show us how committed they are to helping us generate awareness for the nonprofits with which we partner.
One way includes highlighting people on our blog. This month, we’d like to recognize Danielle H. for setting a high standard for our other team members to follow. “Danielle has a very positive attitude, a tremendous work ethic, and knows how to make things happen. She’s going to go far in our industry!” shared Mike C., NOVA Marketing’s CEO.
Our training program is specifically designed to help rising stars like Danielle achieve their full potential. We give them hands-on learning opportunities in every part of our business, working on projects and developing solutions that can be applied in real time.
While collaborating with all our different teams and departments, our ambassadors for good get a chance to see exactly what makes us so effective. They also work with many different team leaders and senior managers, gaining from their practical knowledge and learning the skills needed to succeed in our industry.
