In our NOVA Marketing office, we don’t think of each other as just coworkers. We see ourselves as a tight-knit family that enjoys working together. Building relationships is important in our industry. This is especially true amongst our team. Our President, Michael Castellini, explains what we do to strengthen our team’s bonds:
” Pair Newcomers With Seasoned Pros: “Our coaching program is one of the first ways we ensure our newest people feel comfortable learning and growing in their careers with NOVA Marketing,” said Michael. “We pair incoming people with our top managers. This way, they can get the guidance and feedback they need. In this type of setting, people can try new skills and not worry about making mistakes.”
” Have Team Nights/Events: “Getting everyone together outside of NOVA Marketing’s workplace takes coordination, but it’s totally worth the benefits we have because we’re closer for the experiences,” Michael stated. “Recently we went to brunch together as a team and it was a lot of fun.”
” Value Collaboration and Everyone’s Input: “Our culture is very collaborative,” Michael explained. “We all work best when everyone knows that their contributions are important. We embrace new ideas and celebrate each other’s accomplishments. To achieve this type of camaraderie takes effort in a diverse environment. However, when we are open and happy to work together, the innovative solutions we arrive at make it all worthwhile.”
